SEOUL, Sept. 24 (Yonhap) -- Veteran singer Lee Sun-hee, who marks her 41st debut anniversary this year, recently transformed into a DJ at a music festival.

 

Lee, 61, unveiled her first DJ stage on Sept. 20 during the electronic dance music (EDM) festival Ultra Korea at Oil Tank Culture Park in western Seoul’s Mapo District.

 

On Tuesday, the festival organizers shared photos on social media of Lee immersed in DJing.

“Legendary singer-songwriter Lee Sun-hee made her DJ debut at Ultra,” the organizers said. “Whatever your age, the moment you embrace a new challenge is your prime.”

 

Lee last year publicly apologized after revealing she had received a summary order of a fine for misusing a corporate credit card.
