SEOUL, Feb. 3(Yonhap) – The broadcasting company is on alert due to the spread of COVID-19.

AStory, a production company of “SNL Korea,” said on Feb. 3, "One of our production staffs has recently tested positive for the coronavirus,” adding, “We have decided to cancel this week’s filming as well as the broadcast on Feb. 5.”

All staff and cast members of “SNL Korea” Season 2 are currently receiving PCR tests, and the upcoming filming and broadcast schedules will be determined later, according to the production company.

“SNL Korea” Season 2 is released every Saturday on Coupang Play, an OTT(Over-the-top media service) platform.

The production of a new drama scheduled for the first half of this year has also been put on hold.

KBS's new drama "Red Heart" announced that one cast member and one staff member tested positive for COVID-19 and stopped filming. All the production crew members have been tested for COVID-19 and are waiting for the results.
