SEOUL, Dec. 3 (Yonhap) -- "JUNG KOOK: I AM STILL THE ORIGINAL," a documentary film chronicling the solo activities of Jungkook of K-pop superband BTS, is set to premiere on the OTT platform Disney+ on Tuesday.

According to Big Hit Music, the series is an extended version of the film of the same name, which was released in theaters this past September.

The documentary comprises three episodes, featuring previously unseen interviews, behind-the-scenes footage from the making of Jungkook's solo album "GOLDEN," and his collaboration with R&B star Usher.

Big Hit Music highlighted that the series boasts a runtime approximately 55 minutes longer than the original film, thanks to the inclusion of additional performance footage. Notably, it features the full version of the fan showcase celebrating the release of "GOLDEN."

Viewers can enjoy live performances of album tracks such as "Closer to You," "Yes or No," "Please Don't Change," and "Hate You."

The original film "JUNG KOOK: I AM STILL" drew around 1.38 million viewers worldwide, becoming the highest-grossing music documentary of the year. In Japan alone, the film attracted approximately 300,000 viewers, achieving the best box office performance for a K-pop solo artist film in the country.
