SEOUL, Jan. 19 (Yonhap) -- BTS member V has released his second photo book in two years.

 

According to his agency BigHit Music, V unveiled his second photo book, “TYPE 非,” on Monday. “TYPE 非” follows his previous release, “Type 1,” which came out in 2024, marking his second photo book overall.

 

While the earlier book captured V’s unadorned everyday moments, the new release features photographs spanning a wide range of concepts that cross formats and genres. The photo book consists of 20 chapters and totals 278 pages, with V directly involved in the process from the planning stage through the entire shoot.

 

To celebrate the release, V will hold an offline exhibition titled “V TYPE 非: ON-SITE IN SEOUL” from Jan. 20 through Feb. 1 at Frieze House Seoul in Jung District, central Seoul.

 

The exhibition is designed to allow visitors to experience the photographs from the photo book in a three-dimensional way, and will also feature previously unreleased photos and videos available only on site.

 

Meanwhile, V is set to make a comeback on March 20 with BTS’ fifth full-length album, “ARIRANG.” Beginning in April, the group will embark on a large-scale world tour covering a total of 34 cities.
