SEOUL, July 15 (Yonhap) -- BLACKPINK member Lisa is facing allegations of plagiarism concerning her solo track 'ROCKSTAR' music video, which has been accused of copying elements from rapper Travis Scott's music video.

On the 15th, the music industry revealed that Gabriel Moses, the director of Scott's 'FE!N' music video, raised these allegations on his X (formerly Twitter) account. Moses highlighted the similarities between 'ROCKSTAR' and 'FE!N', stating, "They (Lisa's team) contacted my editor and mentioned that the 'FE!N' music video was used as a reference. Although the editor did not approve, they went ahead and produced the video as is."

Moses specifically pointed out a scene in 'FE!N' where the camera quickly pans over children dressed in white, claiming that a similar scene appears in 'ROCKSTAR' with people wearing white hoods.

As of now, Lisa's team has not issued any official response to the allegations.

Released on June 28, 'ROCKSTAR' is Lisa's first solo track under her personal label, Loud Company.
