SEOUL, Aug. 5 (Yonhap) -- Yeonjun of K-pop boy group TOMORROW X TOGETHER (TXT) will throw the ceremonial first pitch at a Major League Baseball (MLB) game in the United States, agency BigHit Music said Wednesday.

 

Yeonjun will take the mound before the game between the Los Angeles Dodgers and the Milwaukee Brewers at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles on Aug. 13 (local time).

 

The venue has previously drawn attention after hosting ceremonial first pitches by BTS member V and South Korean football star Son Heung-min.

 

Yeonjun will also participate in the "Korean Heritage Night" event held the same day and perform on stage.

 

"Korean Heritage Night" is one of the Los Angeles Dodgers' annual signature cultural events celebrating Korean heritage.
