SEOUL, Aug. 19 (Yonhap) -- Hearts2Hearts performed and threw the ceremonial first pitch at a special game of the Saitama Seibu Lions of Japan's professional baseball league at Tokyo Dome, SM Entertainment said Wednesday.

 

The K-pop girl group appeared on the field in baseball uniforms before the game on Tuesday and performed the Japanese version of its hit song "RUDE!" in front of 40,000 spectators.

 

Member Jiwoo then threw the ceremonial first pitch for local baseball fans.

 

Hearts2Hearts officially debuted in Japan on Aug. 12 with its first single, "ICONIC HEART." The album ranked second on both the Oricon Weekly Singles Chart and Billboard Japan's Top Single Sales chart.
