SEOUL, Aug. 13 (Yonhap) -- K-pop band QWER will kick off its second concert tour, "ROCKET LAUNCH," in Seoul next month, its agency 3Y Corporation said Thursday.

 

The band will perform at Korea University's Hwajeong Gymnasium in Seoul on Sept. 12-13.

 

The tour's title, "ROCKET LAUNCH," reflects QWER's ambition to take its music to a wider world, like a rocket heading into space.

 

Starting with the Seoul concerts, QWER will visit nine Asian cities, including Taipei on Oct. 10-11, Fukuoka on Oct. 13, Osaka on Oct. 15 and Tokyo on Oct. 17 in Japan, Kuala Lumpur on Nov. 7, Bangkok on Nov. 14, Hong Kong on Jan. 2 next year, and Singapore on Jan. 8-9.
