SEOUL, Feb. 20 (Yonhap) -- South Korean veteran singer-songwriter Kim Hyun-chul will hold his solo concert at Seoul’s The Good Theater for two days from Mar. 17 to 18, according to the host Metachain Group Monday.
Kim, who made a debut in 1989 with his debut LP “Kim Hyun-chul Vol.1,” has established himself as a pioneer in Korean city pop by dropping several legendary tracks including “The Train to Chuncheon,” “What’s the Matter,” and “The Downfall of Moon.”
The 53-year-old singer said, “My fans will take the main lead of this upcoming concert,” adding, “Although it will be me who performs, it naturally will be the audience who determines the quality of the gig as they are the main casts of my concert.”
