SEOUL, June 9 (Yonhap) -- CJ Olive Young said Tuesday it is expanding offline beauty class benefits for its Black Olive and Gold Olive membership members.

The beauty and health retailer is accepting applications through June 14 for an Olive Class event in partnership with skincare brand Clinique.

The event will be held on June 25 at Olive Young Central Gangnam Town in Seoul's Seocho Ward, where a dermatologist will provide skin assessments and participants will have an opportunity to experience the brand's signature products.

Gold Olive and Black Olive members, the company's top membership tiers, can apply through the Olive Young mobile app.

Through next month, Olive Young will also offer coupon packages for online learning platform Taling on a first-come, first-served basis to members of all tiers every day at 10 a.m. via the Olive Members event page on its online mall.

For Gold Olive and Black Olive members, the company has additionally prepared exclusive classes in collaboration with Taling. The offline sessions will cover topics such as makeup and self-massage techniques.

On June 11 and June 21, Olive Young will also distribute points redeemable on content platform Ridibooks on a first-come, first-served basis.

Olive Young operates a five-tier membership program -- Baby, Pink, Green, Black and Gold -- based on members' cumulative purchases over the previous six months.

"We will continue to expand differentiated experiential content and Olive Members benefits for Olive Young's fandom," an Olive Young official said. "We also plan to introduce benefits that can be accessed both offline and online for consumers outside the Seoul metropolitan area."
