SEOUL, Oct. 5 (Yonhap) -- Singer-actress Kim Se-jeong has donated 20 million won for neighbors in need due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Kim has voluntarily taken part as an advertisement model for Community Chest of Korea and happily contributed 20 million won on the 1st of October, the charity announced Tuesday.

“We deeply appreciate the artist’s contribution after her volunteering as an advertisement model as well. We hope for her kind act to become and spread a positive impact on the whole country.

Earlier Kim has donated 10 million won for the prevention of and recovery from the COVID-19 spread.

She has confirmed to appear in SBS TV drama “The Office Blind Date” and is preparing for the role.
