SEOUL, Mar. 25 (Yonhap) -- Band CNBLUE’s drummer and actor Kang Min-hyuk will share an honest story with his new book.

Kang published his first book “Not Everything Is Like That” on Friday, according to the agency FNC Entertainment.

The book talks about the things around us that we can miss and take for granted.

Kang wrote about his memories and personal thoughts with things we pass in our daily lives, such as ‘today,’ ‘gratitude,’ ‘microwave,’ and ‘hidden picture puzzle.’

The agency shared, “Kang will show a different charm by expressing his daily life in a calm style, unlike the glamour as a singer or an actor.”

“Like how I comforted myself with ‘Not Everything Is Like That,' I hope the readers can find writing or a perspective which they can comfort themselves throughout this book,” said Kang in an interview released on the publisher’s YouTube channel.

Kang will host a book talk on April 9th to celebrate his first book and meet readers.

Kang, who debuted in 2010 as a member of K-pop band CNBLUE, was loved with hit songs including “I’m a loner,” “Love Light,” “You’ve fallen for me,” “CAN’T STOP,” and “YOU`RE SO FINE.”

The member also pursued his acting career by appearing in dramas such as “My Husband Got A Family,” “The Heirs,” “Entertainer,” and “Hospital Ship.”
