SEOUL, Oct. 21 (Yonhap) -- Guitarist Park Yun-woo, who bridges classical and jazz music, will kick off his concert tour “Hommage” on Nov. 14 at the In Chun Art Hall of the Seoul Arts Center, his agency Jazz Bridge Company said Tuesday. The tour will also stop in Gimhae and Sejong.

 

The performances mark the release of Park’s third studio album and first solo guitar project, “Hommage.”

 

A classical guitar major who later studied jazz guitar at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam in the Netherlands, Park is recognized for his exceptional technique and improvisational talent, having won prizes at classical competitions.

 

Organizers said, “The concert will offer audiences a chance to fully immerse themselves in the tone and sound of the classical guitar.”
