SEOUL, April 29 (Yonhap) -- BTS has launched its North American tour, drawing about 190,000 fans over three concerts in Tampa, its agency said Wednesday.

According to BigHit Music, the group performed its world tour "Arirang" at Raymond James Stadium on April 25-26 and 28.

During the concerts, BTS performed tracks from its fifth studio album "Arirang," including "Hooligan," along with hit songs such as "MIC Drop" and "FAKE LOVE."

The agency said that during the performance of "Body to Body," the audience joined in a singalong when a passage from the Korean folk song "Arirang" was featured.

“Since this is the first stop of our North American tour, we were a bit nervous, but thanks to you, all our worries disappeared,” the members said during the show. “You’ve made the start of this tour amazing, and we’re even more excited for the rest.”

BTS will next perform on May 2-3 at Sun Bowl Stadium, becoming the first Korean act to hold a concert at the venue.

The North American tour will span 31 shows across 12 cities, including Mexico City, Stanford and Las Vegas, with all tickets sold out.
