SEOUL, Feb. 10 (Yonhap) -- Group NRG’s Lee Sung-jin announced his marriage on his social media with a handwritten letter, Thursday.
Lee explained he wanted to first share the news with the NRG fan club and said, “I decided to get married because my partner takes care of me and my flaws and loves me more than anyone else.”
Lee said, “I will always think of you all as my family for supporting me a long time,” adding, “Please wish me your blessings and happiness.”
Lee, who made his debut in the entertainment industry as a group Hamo Hamo in 1996, made his re-debut as a five-member group NRG the following year and gained popularity with songs such as "I Can Do," "Breakfast at Tiffany’s" and "Hurray for a virile son of Korea.”
Lee, who is 45 this year, said on a broadcast in Nov. 2021, "There is someone who I’ve been in a good relationship for three years."
