'Hunt’ tops 2 mln admissions after seven days of its release

SEOUL, August 16 (Yonhap) -- S.Korean movie “Hunt,” starring Lee Jung-jae and Jung Woo-sung, surpassed a cumulative audience of 2 million on Tuesday, seven days after its release, according to its distribution company Megabox Plus M,

Exceeding 1 million viewers on Aug. 13, it added 1 million moviegoers in just three days.

“Hunt” is the second movie out of four S.Korean blockbusters to hit the 2 million mark. “Hansan : Rising Draon” surpassed 2 million in just five days after its release on July 31.

Director Lee Jung-jae’s debut movie “Hunt” revolves around National Security Planning agent Park Pyong-ho (Lee Jung-jae) and Kim Jeong-do (Jung Woo-sung), suspecting each other as spies.
