SEOUL, July 24 (Yonhap) -- ADOR, the HYBE label behind girl group NewJeans, said Friday it will hold its first domestic audition to recruit members for a new boy group.

 

The audition tour will begin in Seoul on Aug. 1 before moving to Gwangju on Aug. 2, Jeju on Aug. 12, Daejeon on Aug. 14, Wonju on Aug. 16, Daegu on Aug. 29 and Busan on Aug. 30.

 

Unlike its previous global auditions, the upcoming event will be limited to South Korea with the aim of discovering promising local talent from across the country.

 

Any male born in 2007 or later is eligible to apply.
