SEOUL, July 29 (Yonhap) -- Actor Jung Il-woo has signed an exclusive contract with Galaxy Corporation, the agency representing singer G-Dragon and other entertainers.

 

Galaxy Corporation announced Wednesday that it had signed Jung, saying, "We look forward to creating new synergy in the global market together with Jung Il-woo, a Hallyu actor who has been loved across Asia for many years."

 

The agency's roster includes G-Dragon, Kim Jong-kook, SHINee's Taemin, actors Song Kang-ho and Ryu Jun-yeol, and baseball player Lee Jung-hoo.

 

Jung made his debut in the 2006 MBC sitcom "High Kick!" and has since starred in numerous television dramas, including "Moon Embracing the Sun," "The Night Watchman's Journal" and "Cinderella and Four Knights."

 

He also appeared in the Japanese series "Criminal," which was released worldwide on Amazon Prime Video on July 17.
