Stray Kids' 'Special' MV tops 100 mln views

 

SEOUL, Aug. 8 (Yonhap) -- The music video for “Special” by K-pop boy group Stray Kids exceeded 100 million views on YouTube, the group’s agency said on Tuesday.

 

Special is the lead track of Stray Kids' third full-length album “★★★★★ (5-Star),” released in June. The song carries the message of “shining the brightest among unique individuals, and standing out the most among special ones.”

 

The group achieved the milestone as of 10:42 a.m., according to its management, JYP Entertainment.

 

With this achievement, Stray Kids now possesses a total of 10 music videos with over 100 million views, following hits like “God's Menu,” “Back Door,” “MIROH,” “My Pace,” “Thunderous,” “Maniac” and “Hellevator.”

 

Stray Kids will kick off a large-scale dome tour, mostly held in Japan, starting from Fukuoka PayPay Dome on Aug. 16 and 17, followed by more concerts in Nagoya, Osaka and Tokyo.
