Seoul, March 4 (Yonhap) -- After being speculated as the perpetrator of school violence, Actor Ji-soo acknowledged and apologized for his wrongdoings in the past on his social media account.
The 28 year-old actor uploaded a handwritten letter that wrote, "I sincerely apologize to those who suffered because of my actions. There is no excuse for what I did in the past. What I did was unforgiveable."
He also added, "It pains me to know that I have caused serious damage to the broadcasters, producers, actors, and staff members who have gone out of their ways to create this drama. I hope that the drama will not be further affected and sincerely apologize to everyone who has suffered because of my actions."
Keyeast Entertainment announced earlier in the week that they were receiving information about the actor's situation through email in order to figure out the truth, after a series of articles related to Ji-soo's allegations of school violence were posted online.
Actor Ji-soo who debuted with the MBC TV drama "Angry Mom" back in 2015 and portrayed a unique sense of acting; currently stars in the new drama, "River where the Moon Rises" on KBS 2TV. The drama is expected to suffer a setback in broadcasting as a number of people insist the actor to be dropped out.
