SEOUL, Sept. 16 (Yonhap) -- “It's Me,” a hit song by girl group ILLIT, has surpassed 100 million streams in Japan, the group's agency Belift Lab said Wednesday.
According to an article published by Oricon, “It's Me,” the title track of ILLIT's fourth mini-album, “MAMIHLAPINATAPAI,” had accumulated 103,803,825 streams in Japan as of Saturday.
It is the third ILLIT song to surpass 100 million streams in Japan, following “Magnetic” and “Almond Chocolate.”
“It's Me” is an upbeat techno track that also became a hit in South Korea with its addictive melody and powerful choreography. The song remains near the top of major music charts in both South Korea and Japan, even four months after its release.
