SEOUL, Jan. 28(Yonhap) – K-pop girl group VIVIZ’s Umji, who will release the first album on Feb. 9, has tested positive for the coronavirus on Jan. 28.
There has been a confirmed case among the staff members and Umji tested positive after all members conducted PCR tests, according to BPM Entertainment.
The agency said that Umji currently shows minor symptoms and will be treated as she is quarantined.
It also explained that Umji received her second shot.
Two VIVIZ members except Umji tested negative for COVID-19, but they will continue to check their health by conducting PCR tests, considering the incubation period of the virus.
