SEOUL, July 14 (Yonhap) -- Gmarket, a major South Korean e-commerce platform, said Tuesday it has launched "Super Style Catch," a new quarterly promotional event offering discounts on seasonally popular products.
The promotion targets trend-driven categories, including fashion, beauty, sports and children's products. The inaugural event, running through Saturday, features a selection of summer essentials tailored to consumers' preferences.
Discounted items include sun care products, cooling outdoor apparel and summer accessories, such as sunglasses.
Gmarket said it also plans to enhance the shopping experience by providing artificial intelligence (AI)-powered personalized product recommendations.
Shoppers can use three types of discount coupons, including a 15 percent discount coupon, on eligible products during the event. Additional brand-specific promotional offers will also be available.
