SEOUL, May 21 (Yonhap) -- Jinju city, Gyeongnam announced on the 19th that it will be creating an immersive content space called the "Jinyangho Fantasy Forest." It will combine various digital technologies to create a hologram of light and sound to create an unreal visual and auditory effects at the Jinyangho Park Family shelter.

The city is designing items other than detailed contents including cattle ponds, bamboo forest trails, media art using rock walls, hologram forests, and smart education.

Jinyangho Fantasy Forest is also preparing a digital educational space using the character Hamo, the ambassador of Jinju symbolizing Jinyangho for the forest through planning and development of the education content.

In particular, by using experimental content that responds to the movement of visitors while also creating interaction, it will be created as a digital ecological experience forest where the visitors will create on their own, which is different and new.

An official from Jinju City said, "Through digital technologies, we will create a unique fantasy forest to provide a space for leading family-type nature experience, and link with the children's play forest to be built around the family rest area while enabling various experiences and educational activities."
