SEOUL, Oct. 15 (Yonhap) -- K-pop supergroup BTS announced their determination on Friday, the day before Busan concert, saying, "I think I will devote my whole body since it's just for only a day."
RM, the leader of BTS, wrote on fan community Weverse late in the afternoon, "It feels good to be able to run around in Busan, my another hometown in heart."
RM expressed his anticipation, saying, "It's been almost three years since we have had a concert-like concert with full audience and shouts," adding, "It's the first for us to have this size of 'standing concert.'"
He added, "From the beginning, we planned it so that it is feels a lot like festival," adding, "While we did went through many twists and turns."
BTS' "Yet To Come in Busan" is their first solo concert in Korea in 7 months since the concert in Jamsil Main Stadium last March.
However, since the concert in March only held 15,000 people per concert and shouts and singing was banned due to the restrictions regarding COVID-19, this is their first proper concert in three years since October 2019.
RM also gave some hints about the set list for the concert.
He said, "We also have some songs that we haven't sang for a long time, but could possibly be the last time singing."
He continued, "It is our first time doing an offline concert in this type of format and it's a concert in a while, so I will be overwhelmed if you guys can just sing along with your hands up from the beginning to end as if you are at a festival or a DJ festival and just enjoy it happily."
RM greeted ARMYs around the world, saying, "Since BTS is the performance, we will try our best to show the best of the best tomorrow," adding, "I'll see you tomorrow."
