SEOUL, June 17 (Yonhap) -- The “1st Jeonju Street Jazz Festival” to enjoy jazz performed by Korean jazz bands and authentic New Orleans style jazz will be held on the streets of the Hanok Village starting today.

“Jazz travel” will be the theme of the 3 days long festival where “Jame Andrews & Crescent City all stars” and jazz diva Marlow will take the stage.

One of Korea’s best big band “Brassonit BigBand”, Lee-Kun-hee quintet, Lim In-gun band, and the godmother like figure of the Korean Soul genre BMK will also be taking the stage throughout the festival.
