SEOUL, Dec. 14 (Yonhap) -- K-pop boy group NCT announced to drop its third full-length album "Universe" on Tuesday, according to its management agency SM Entertainment.

In addition to the double title tracks "Beautiful" and "Universe," the album includes a total of 13 tracks from each subunit of the umbrella boy band NCT, including NCT U, NCT 127, NCT Dream, and WayV.

The lead track "Beautiful," a pop ballad song that combines piano and band sounds, delivers a sweet hopeful message that "you are special in this world." NCT 127's Johnny, Taeyong, Mark, WayV's Hendery, and NCT Dream's Jeno participated in the rap making.

"Universe," the second title track, is a hip-hop based R&B dance number that features an addictive chorus. The song's lyrics carry a message that says "you are my world as well as the reason of my existence."

NCT will hold a live broadcast, titled "NCT Universe Countdown Live," to commemorate its comeback through the group's official YouTube channel at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday and introduce the album to its global fans.

"NCT's third album 'Universe' has recorded over 1.7 million pre-orders, signaling another million-seller status following the second album released last year," SM Entertainment explained.
