SEOUL, April 29 (Yonhap) -- Seocho District in Seoulwill host a “K-fashion & beauty coaching station” program next month at an underground pedestrian passage connecting Express Bus Terminal Station and Banpo Hangang Park, officials said Wednesday.

The program will run every Sunday from May 3 to 24, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., at the so-called Picasso mural street.

Designed for tourists visiting the Seocho tourism zone, the event offers hands-on experiences of K-fashion and beauty in one place. This year, organizers said the program has been upgraded to include artificial intelligence-based diagnostics and professional beauty care services.

Visitors can receive personalized consultations based on AI-powered skin analysis measuring eight conditions, including moisture, pores and sebum, as well as detailed scalp diagnostics.

Professional consultants will also provide personal color analysis tailored to individual skin tones, along with on-site demonstrations of daily and point makeup techniques.

Family-friendly programs will also be available.

Participants can join in two ways. For on-site participation, visitors can rent a “travel topper” from the tourism information center, take 인증 photos and upload them on social media with designated hashtags.

For advance participation, users can post the event poster on their social media and keep it uploaded for at least three days. Those who join in advance will receive a fast-track benefit allowing priority access without waiting.

A Seocho official said the district aims to further develop the area into a global destination where relaxation and K-culture coexist.
