SEOUL, Jan. 22(Yonhap) – S. Korean actor Lee Dong-hwi, a longtime boyfriend of the actress Jung Ho-yeon, who has become a global star through “Squid Game,” will appear as a host of the fifth episode of “Saturday Night Live Korea(SNL Korea)" on Saturday. 

Lee said, “I’m thrilled ahead of the shooting and I’m looking forward to it,” adding, “I will try to perform an exciting show with the viewers’ pleasure as the top priority.”

“SNL Korea 2,” which started its second season on Dec. 25, has starred the actress Shin Hae-sun, Cha In-pyo, and Lee Sun-bin·Han Sun-hwa·Jung Eun-ji in order.

“SNL Korea” starring Lee Dong-hwi will be released through Coupang Play, an OTT(Over-the-top media service) platform, on Jan. 22 at 10 p.m.(KST).
