SEOUL April 20 (Yonhap) -- Artists Choi Byung-chan, Do Han-se, and Jung Soo-bin of the K-pop boy group VICTON will be parting ways with their agency IST Entertainment.
"Contracts of these three members, Choi Byung-chan, Do Han-se, and Jung Soo-bin has expired." IST Entertainment addressed through their press release on the April 20.
Among VICTON members, three of the members including Han Seung-woo, who was recently discharged from the military, Kang Seung-sik, who is currently serving in the military, and Lim Se-jun, who is about to join the military in June, has extended their contractual period with the agency due to military related reasons.
IST Entertainment addressed, "Han Seung-woo, Kang Seung-sik, and Lim Se-joon will continue their scheduled activities, including solo activities, musicals, and will support them in various ways through various works in the future."
The IST Entertainment did not specifically addressed that the group will be dismantled, however, as half of the members are parting ways with the agency, team activities are expected to be difficult for the time being.
IST Entertainment stated, "VICTON is a good partner who we have been working together since their debut in 2016," adding, "We will always bless and support the moves of three individual members and their new start."
