TWICE Surpasses 10 Billion Streams, 20 Million Followers on Spotify

SEOUL, May 4 (Yonhap) -- TWICE has surpassed a cumulative total of 10 billion streams worldwide on the global music streaming platform Spotify, its agency JYP Entertainment announced on the 4th.

 

As of the 2nd, TWICE has achieved 20 million followers on Spotify, and the monthly listener count, calculated based on the number of listeners in the past 28 days, recorded 11,381,839.

 

Debuting in 2015, TWICE gained popularity with their twelfth mini-album 'With YOU-th,' released in February, which topped the U.S. Billboard main album chart 'Billboard 200.'

 

Currently, TWICE is conducting a world tour in 27 countries. On July 17th, they will release their fifth regular album in Japan, titled 'DIVE,' and on July 27-28, they will hold a solo concert at the Nissan Stadium in Kanagawa, Japan, becoming the first K-pop girl group to do so.
