SEOUL, July 13 (Yonhap) -- Sung Han-bin of boy group Zerobaseone has donated 100 million won (US$72,000) to international children's rights NGO Good Neighbors to mark the third anniversary of his debut, his agency said on Monday.

The donation will be used for Good Neighbors' Hope Sharing Dream Support Project, according to The Live Label. The organization helps children and teenagers from vulnerable families pursue their dreams through career education and scholarship programs without giving up due to financial hardship,

"The donation was made to give back to fans who have supported Sung Han-bin throughout his journey toward achieving his dream over the past three years, while also sharing his gratitude with children and adolescents in need of protection," the agency said.

Sung debuted as a member of Zerobaseone on July 10, 2023, after competing on Mnet's audition program "Boys Planet."

The group is set to release its second Japanese mini-album, "Regression Love," on Aug. 19.
