SEOUL, April 2 (Yonhap) -- Amorepacific’s skincare brand Hanyul said Thursday it will launch a limited-edition collection in collaboration with graphic lifestyle brand "Drop Drop Drop."
Hanyul, known for incorporating skin-beneficial ingredients derived from traditional Korean materials such as mugwort, rice and beans, said the collaboration aims to bring a new sense of enjoyment to everyday skincare routines.
The partner brand "Drop Drop Drop" is recognized for its witty pattern designs that add a playful touch to ordinary moments.
The standout product of the collection is "Artemisia Cleansing Absorbing Pack Foam," also known as the "mugwort rice cake pack foam," a bestseller that has sold more than 500,000 units within two years of its release.
The product features a formula made with finely ground 100 percent domestically sourced mugwort and a chewy, rice cake-like texture created through an intensive kneading process.
It adheres closely to the skin to effectively absorb sebum and remove impurities from pores.
The product can be used both as a daily cleansing foam and as a wash-off pack depending on skin condition, making it a versatile "pack foam" that offers dual care in a single product.
The collaboration set includes two items from Hanyul’s pack foam line — "Artemisia Cleansing Absorbing Pack Foam" and "Moonlight Citron Cleansing Tone-Up Pack Foam" — along with "Artemisia Watery Hydration Mugwort Hyaluronic Serum."
Customers purchasing the set will receive collaboration merchandise, including a mini deli bag keyring or a card wallet keyring featuring "Drop Drop Drop" designs.
