SEOUL, Oct. 22 (Yonhap) -- Hyundai Department Store said on Thursday that it launched a large-scale beauty event, "Beauty Festa," at the fifth floor of the U-PLEX building at its Sinchon branch, set to run through Dec. 15.

 

The event was organized in collaboration with BeCLEAN, Hyundai Department Store's in-house beauty select shop, and the Korea SMEs and Startups Distribution Center to showcase promising homegrown K-beauty brands.

 

About 80 K-beauty brands, including Vinn, Idrr, Rubel, OKEY Beauty and Lorica, are participating in the event, offering a variety of beauty products across skincare, derma, hair, body care and makeup.

 

Featured products include "From the Skin Glutathione Cleansing Foam" priced at 9,900 won (US$6.80), "The Cell Lab Jelly Cleanser" at 9,900 won, "Dr. Oasis Lab Boosting Skin" at 9,800 won and "YOOJEE Vitabiome Barrier Cream" at 9,900 won.

 

The event venue also offers various customer participation programs, including free artificial intelligence (AI)-powered skin, scalp and personal color analysis, as well as a stamp tour and lucky draw.
