SEOUL, April 1 (Yonhap) -- A wide range of K-pop groups, including ZEROBASEONE, will take part in a comprehensive K-culture event to be held in Goyang in June, organizers said Wednesday.

The Korea Foundation for International Cultural Exchange said it will host "2026 MyK FESTA" from June 25 to 28 at KINTEX and Sono Calm Goyang in Goyang, just northwest of Seoul.

Launched last year, MyK FESTA is a large-scale cultural event encompassing K-pop concerts, content industry conferences, exhibitions and hands-on programs related to Hallyu, as well as support for Korean companies seeking to expand overseas.

This year’s event will be divided into four sections: concerts, talks, exhibitions and experience programs, and export consultation sessions.

The "MyK LIVE" concerts, scheduled for June 26-27 at KINTEX Exhibition Hall 1, will feature K-pop acts such as Highlight, TREASURE, ZEROBASEONE, RIIZE, izna and Hearts2Hearts. Detailed daily lineups will be announced later.

Actor Lee Chae-min, who appeared in the drama "The Tyrant's Chef," has been selected as the event’s ambassador and will participate in various promotional activities during the festival.

Park Chang-sik, head of the foundation, said the inaugural event last year drew about 50,000 global fans, demonstrating its potential as a platform to share K-culture blended with everyday life.

"This year, we plan to offer a more in-depth experience of the cultural industry through a wider range of programs tailored to visitors’ preferences," he said.
