Yum Jung-ah returns to small screen with JTBC’s ‘Cleaning Up’

SEOUL, March 21 (Yonhap) -- Actress Yum Jung-ah will return to the small screen in 3 years with JTBC’s new Saturday-Sunday drama “Cleaning Up.”

Yum Jung-ah, Jeon So-min, and Kim Jae-hwa will star in “Cleaning up,” according to JTBC, Monday.

“Cleaning up” portrays the story of cleaners at a security firm who jump into stock crime after overhearing insider trading.


Yum, who returned to JTBC drama three years after the popular drama "SKY Castle," plays the role of service cleaner Eo Yong-mi, who works as a cleaner on weekdays and a housekeeper on the weekend for her two daughters.

Jeon plays Ahn In-kyung, who works as a cleaner to raise funds to start a mobile cafe, and Kim plays the role of Maeng Su-ja, who is outgoing and gets along with people.

The drama "Cleaning Up," in which Yoon Sung-sik, a producer of the dramas "Bridal Mask" and "Mr Queen," and Choi Kyung-mi, a writer of "Return," work together, is scheduled to air in the first half of this year.
