SEOUL, April 15 (Yonhap) -- K-pop group Super Junior’s member Ryeowook (birth name: Kim Ryeo-wook) will make a comeback as a solo artist.

Ryeowook will drop a third mini-album on May 3rd, according to the agency Label SJ, Friday.

This is the member’s first solo activity in 3 years since the 2019 second mini-album “Drunk on love.”

“There are high expectations on what songs Ryeowook, who has been loved for his own lyrical ballad songs, will sing this spring,” said an official from the agency.

Ryeowook, who debuted as a member of Super Junior in 2005, continued to be active in various fields including unit activities, as a radio DJ, and a musical actor.

The singer released his first solo mini-album “The Little Prince” in 2016.
