SEOUL, August 27 (Yonhap) — Fans are making reservations for hotels as far as 20km away from Haeundae, Busan, as it was announced that megahit BTS will perform free concert at Gijang, Busann to support the bid of World Expo 2030 Busan.

But fanns are complaining as some hotels are increasing the price up to 10 times while some are canceling previous reservations and accepting new reservations with higher prices.

All the hotels and motels near Gijang and Haundae on the day of the concert are booked, according to Yonhap News Agency on Aug. 27.

Fans are complaning on social media that hoetels are unfairly taking profits.

Hotels are canceling existing reservations and re-sell with increased price.

There are some concerns that hotels increasing the price can have an adverse effect while this is a concert to support the bid of Busan Expo.

The city of Busan expects many foreigners to visit Busan for this special concert.
