SEOUL, Feb. 9 (Yonhap) -- MBC’s upcoming office drama, titled “Numbers: Watchmen in the Building Forest (literal title)” will be hitting the small screens in the first half of this year.

The soon-to-be-aired drama will tell the story of a high school graduate accountant realizing justice against the absurdity of a giant accounting firm.

Singer and actor Kim Myung-soo, also known by his stage name L of the boy band Infinite, will play Jang Ho-woo, an accountant with brilliant memory, observation skills, and a natural sense of numbers. He is the only high school graduate accountant at Taeil Accounting Corporation, which is acclaimed as one of the “Big Four” accounting firms based in South Korea.

Choi Jin-hyuk, who is known for his credits in “Gu Family Book,” “The Heirs,” and “The Last Empress,” will play Han Seung-jo, the only son of Taeil who is also the vice president. He will depict the character who seems perfect as if he owns everything.

The teaser image and premiere date are soon to be unveiled.
