Big Ocean Hosts Paralympic Viewing Party

SEOUL, Sept. 5 (Yonhap) -- The three-member hearing-impaired idol group Big Ocean will host a "Paralympic Viewing Party" to watch the 2024 Paris Paralympics with their fans, according to their agency, Parasta Entertainment, on the 5th.

 

Parasta explained, "We wanted more people to enjoy and watch the Paralympic Games. Big Ocean wanted to contribute to this in any way, so we planned the 'Paralympic Viewing Party.'"

 

Big Ocean has been hosting viewing parties for the Paralympic finals since the 31st of last month. Starting today, fans can enjoy live streams of events through the fan community platform 'JJAANN,' including the men's 59kg powerlifting weight class (5th), men's J1 73kg judo weight class (6th), and men's wheelchair basketball game (7th).

 

Big Ocean expressed their gratitude, saying, "We are very happy that many 'Waves' (fandom name) are interested in and supporting the Paralympic Games."

 

On the 11th of last month, Big Ocean released a new song titled "SLOW" to cheer for the national team participating in the 2024 Paris Olympics and Paralympics.
