Adobe Korea to hold Aespa’s ‘Girls’ music video recreation contest

SEOUL, July 22 (Yonhap) -- Adobe Korea will collaborate with Aespa to hold ‘Aespa X Premier Pro’ contest, which will select best works to re-edit the music video of Aespa's 2nd mini album “Girls,” announced Adobe Korea on Friday.

Those who wish to participate can download music video file and template from the contest page and submit the re-edited version using the editing program “Premiere Pro.” Due date for submission is Aug. 21.

Winners will receive prizes such as digital devices and mobile git certifications.

Adobe Korea plans to create a compilation of nominated works and upload it on its own YouTube channel.

The winners will also be given opportunities to issue a non-fungible token (NFT) with SM Entertainment in the future. More details about the contest can be found on Adobe Korea’s website.

Aespa said, “We are amazed at how editing can make the music and performance look really cool visually in Music videos,” adding, “We hope to see new version of ‘Girls’ music video that have reborn with your imagination using premiere pro.”
