SEOUL April 1 (Yonhap) -- British boy’s choir “Libera” will be kicking off their concert in Seoul Art Center on April 5 and continue on throughout Iksan on April 8, Incheon on April 9, and Sejong on Aprill 11.
Choir Libera started off as a small church St. Philips located in Southern town of London. In 1999 conductor Robert Prizeman came up with the name of the group Libera which is currently being used to address the choir.
Group released their most well known track such as “Sanctus” and album “Angel Voices” throughout the years, and from classic to pop, new age and electronic music, the group continues to experiment with their genre of music.
The upcoming concert will be Libera’s first concert in seven years in South Korea since 2016 and throughout the concert the group will perform their representative tracks such as “Libera” and more. Also throughout the concert the group will perform a piece written and composed by the former member of the choir Joshua Madine for the first time ever.
