SEOUL, Feb. 24 (Yonhap) – Director Isao Yukisada, who made the Japanese films “GO” (2002) and “Crying Out Love, In the Center of the Wood” will take the megaphone in Korea.

 

Production company Victory Contents has announced on Thursday that director Yukisada is to direct Korean drama for the first time.

 

Director Yukisada is to dramatize the famous Naver webtoon “Perfect Family.” It will unravel the solid narrative of the original work with its unique lyrical and indulgent directing skills.

 

“Perfect Family” tells the story of Sun-hee’s family which seems to be happy and perfect, but go through change due to the death of Sun-hee’s friend, Kyung-ho.

 

The casting has not been confirmed yet, but actors Jung Ziso and Yoon Se-a are discussing for their appearance on the drama.

 

Jung Ziso is to play Choi Sun-hee, a high school girl who will be at the center of the case by confessing to her mother that she killed her classmate, and Yoon Se-a is to play Ha Eun-joo, Sun-hee’s foster mother.
