SEOUL, Jan. 3 (Yonhap) -- SM Entertainment, a K-pop powerhouse, announced on the 3rd that it will launch "MUSIC NATION SMTOWN META-PASSPORT," a new concept membership service.
It is the rebirth of the "passport" issued in 2012.
Earlier, SM issued a passport named "Music Nation SM Town" and introduced a membership service by stamping or providing special benefits whenever participating in an event hosted by SM.
The 2022 version of the passport can be used in the virtual nation Music Nation SM Town.
SM explained, "We will connect the real world and the digital world and transparently record and prove all information, providing new joys and benefits to fans around the world who love SM's music and artists."
Anyone who likes SM artists and content can apply on the website (www.SMTOWNandSTORE.com).
Fans who applied will be given citizenship of "Music Nation SM Town" and their respective activities will be stored when using the services provided by SM in the future to receive various benefits.
