SEOUL, Dec. 1 (Yonhap) -- "My Universe," a collaboration piece between K-pop supergroup BTS and British rock band Coldplay, has returned back up on Billboard's main singles chart.
"My Universe" ranked No. 29 on the Hot 100 chart, up eight notches from the previous week, according to Billboard's latest chart released on Tuesday (U.S. time).
"Hot 100," which is one of Billboard's major charts, ranks the most popular songs of the week in the United States by blending streaming, airplay, and sales data.
The collaboration single made a No.1 debut on the chart as soon as it was released and has been listed on the main singles chart for nine consecutive week.
The song also ranked No. 4 on Billboard's "Digital Song Sales" chart.
On Nov. 21 (U.S. time), BTS and Coldplay also performed "My Universe" together at the 2021 American Music Awards (AMAs) held in Los Angeles (LA).
After holding its first in-person concert in two years in LA, BTS has recently gained more recognition for its songs and albums on major Billboard charts.
BTS' fourth full-length album "Map of the Soul: 7" re-entered the Billboard 200 chart at No. 187.
"Map of the Soul: 7" also made it back to the Top Album Sales chart at No. 58, while BTS' EP album "BE," released in November last year, ranked No. 67 in the Top Current Album Sales chart.
BTS has also steadily made significant records on global charts, which combines streaming and sales data in more than 200 countries and regions around the world.
On the Billboard Global Excl. U.S. chart, "My Universe" was at No. 12, "Butter" at 20th, "Dynamite" at 38th, and "Permission to Dance" at 53rd.
For the Billboard Global 200 chart, "My Universe" ranked No. 20 while "Butter" was placed at No. 34.
