SEOUL, May 15 (Yonhap) -- Global video streaming behemoth Netflix on Monday said it cast South Korea's up-and-rising young actors Roh Jeong-eui, Lee Chae-min and others to star its new original series "Hierarchy."
Hierarchy tells the story of Kangha, a mysterious transfer student who enters Jushin High School where the top 0.01 percent elites reign by law.
Kangha is played by actor Lee Chae-min, who garnered popularity via tvN's rom-com series “Crash Course in Romance."
Actress Roh Jeong-eui plays Jeong Jae-yi, the eldest daughter of Jaeyul Group and the queen bee of Jushin High School. Jaeyul Group is a rival of Jushin Group, the operator of Jushin High School.
Actor Kim Jae-won plays Kim Rian, the No. 1 ranking student in Jushin High School and the successor of Jushin Group.
Actress Chi Hae-won will play Yoon He-ra, youngest daughter of a trading company, and Lee Won-jeong will play Lee Woo-jin, the son of a prestigious political family.
