SEOUL, June 23 (Yonhap) -- Amorepacific's skincare brand Primera has launched the "3C-Hyaluronic Hydration Surge Serum" and the "3C-Hyaluronic Serum Mega Shot Gel Mask," expanding its lineup of high-performance serums.

According to the company, the new 3C-Hyaluronic line combines hyaluronic acid with three key ingredients -- caffeine, ceramide and cica -- delivering 25 percent greater moisturizing effects than conventional hyaluronic acid products.

The flagship "3C-Hyaluronic Serum" is designed to deliver moisture deep into the skin through the synergistic effects of Primera's triple hyaluronic acid complex and caffeine. Ceramide and cica help strengthen the skin barrier and improve moisture retention, while also addressing skin dryness and enhancing clarity.

Human application tests showed improvements of 159.2 percent in skin hydration, 94 percent in skin transparency and 95.5 percent in skin texture, according to the company.

The serum also provides a cooling effect without menthol, lowering skin temperature by 6.6 degrees Celsius immediately after use. It was found to help reduce skin heat, redness and puffiness.

With the launch, Primera has completed a three-serum lineup following the earlier releases of the "Vitatinol Serum" and the "PDRN-Niacin10 Serum."

The accompanying "3C-Hyaluronic Gel Mask" is made by solidifying the contents of an entire bottle of serum without additional support materials or impurities. The mask is designed to provide intensive hydration while also delivering cooling and de-puffing effects.

According to the company, using the gel mask after applying the serum increases moisture retention by 2.4 times compared with using the mask alone.

The new products were first introduced during Naver's New Product Week event, which began June 22, and will be released sequentially through major online and offline channels, including Amore Mall and Olive Young.
