SEOUL, Oct. 12 (Yonhap) -- Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism will host "KOREA: Cubically Imagined" exhibition, in which Hallyu content and Korean cultural heritage are implemented as realistic content, at Guanajuato University gallery in Mexico on Wednesday.

The exhibition, co-hosted by Korea Creative Content Agency, will be held until Oct. 30 along with Festival International Cervantino in which Korea participates as guest-country to commemorate 60th anniversary of establishing diplomatic ties with Mexico.

18 various typed contents using IP and realistic technology including 2 main realistic contents will be exhibited at the gallery.

K-pop supergroup BTS at "Permission to Dance on Stage" concert, which took place in Las Vegas in last April, will be recreated with 3-side LED screen, stereophonic sound and light, and special effects.

Set of movie "Parasite," which received Palme d'Or at Cannes Film and Academy Award for Best Picture, such as living room, basement area, will be recreated using virtual reality, allowing audiences to watch the movie in the perspective of characters.

Various realistic contents from National Museum of Korea and National Palace Museum of Korea along with Media Art company District and Newmatic, which introduces Korea's tourist attractions in virtual space, will be displayed.

"K-Artist" area will introduce works of Korean media artists such as Hong Sung-dae, Moon Kyung-jin, DJ Koo, and Sunday House Club.

Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism organized government budget of 4 billion won for the international display of realist contents to pioneer new market for realistic contents field.

Official from Ministry said, "Like how local Hallyu fans loved and showed interest in realistic contents exhibition that took place in New York and Washington last May, I hope such craze continues in Mexico."
