SEOUL, July 13 (Yonhap) -- Coupang said Monday it has launched its "Mega Beauty Show," a promotional event offering discounts on popular beauty products, featuring more than 50 domestic and international beauty brands.

 

The event runs from Monday through Aug. 2 and includes brands such as Hera, Isa Knox, Dr.G, Belif, Senka and Dewytree.

 

The promotion will highlight different product categories each week. Skincare products will be featured through July 19, followed by sun care items from July 20-26 and makeup products for the vacation season from July 27 through Aug. 2.

 

Hera will offer a 3,000-won discount coupon and a special gift to customers who spend more than 60,000 won. Innisfree will provide buy-one-get-one-free promotions on popular products, along with additional discounts on new product sets.

 

During the event, the first 4,000 customers who purchase at least 50,000 won worth of Mega Beauty Show products will receive a specially designed camping chair.

 

Coupang will also release a series of product recommendation videos and short-form content featuring popular beauty creators over the three-week event.

 

Creator Holly will introduce featured products during the first week, followed by Chaeso and Kim Seupseup in the second week, and Bambigirl in the final week.

 

"The Mega Beauty Show has grown into one of Coupang's signature events thanks to enthusiastic customer support," a Coupang official said. "We have expanded the benefits so customers can purchase the beauty products they need for the summer season at reasonable prices."
