KBS to pilot AI base variety show 'Synchro yoo' on May 18

SEOUL April 8 (Yonhap) -- KBS announced on the 8th that it will premiere a new pilot variety show called "Syncro Yoo,"(literal translation) which utilizes AI technology, on May 10th.

"Syncro yoo" is a music variety show where real singers' performances are distinguished from those generated by AI on stage. Famous artists will appear to showcase cover performances.

The MCs include broadcaster Yoo Jae-suk, singer Lee Juck, comedian Lee Yong-jin, singer Yook Sung-jae, Seventeen's Hoshi, and aespa's Karina.

The pilot will consist of two episodes, with the first airing on May 10th and the second on May 18th.
